1 About Wingbase

Wingbase is made by Delicious Data Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. It is a paid mobile platform for flight schools. By using Wingbase, you agree to follow these terms.

2 Who can use Wingbase

Wingbase is for people who work at flight schools. It is not designed for students or for personal use. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

3 What we do

Wingbase helps flight schools plan lessons, track students and manage aircraft in one place. We continue to improve the app, so features may change or look different over time. If we make a significant change, we will let you know by email or inside the app.

4 Paying for Wingbase

Wingbase works on a paid subscription. The latest pricing and details are available on our website, and all payments are made in pounds sterling (GBP). Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can manage your subscription through your Wingbase account on our website. Payments are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

5 Data and ownership

You own all the information you add to Wingbase. Delicious Data Ltd owns the app, its design, code and all related intellectual property. We use your data only to make Wingbase work and to make it better over time. For details on how we handle data, please read our Privacy Policy. If you close your account, we will delete your data after a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it for legal or operational reasons.

6 Availability and support

We do our best to keep Wingbase available and reliable, but sometimes things may go wrong or need maintenance. We cannot promise that the app will always work perfectly or be available without interruption. If you need help or have questions, contact us at support@wingbase.co.uk.

7 Ending or suspending access

You can stop using Wingbase at any time by cancelling your subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We may pause or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service or create security or operational problems. If this happens, we will let you know by email.

8 Liability

Wingbase is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will meet every need or always work perfectly. We are not responsible for lost data, downtime or indirect losses. If something goes wrong, the most we could owe you is what you have paid us in the last twelve months.

9 Changes to these terms

Sometimes we update Wingbase or these terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the app. By continuing to use Wingbase after the changes take effect, you agree to the new terms.

10 Legal stuff
